The Te Manawanui Development at St Clair School established a multi use teaching and recreational facility.
The building is a large learning atrium linking the administration block and main teaching wing.
As with all work in the educational sector Health & Safety is a priority.
This new building fitted in between existing school buildings on three sides and the area was central in a fully functioning school environment.
Stevenson & Williams Ltd were the builders, joinery manufacturers and main contractors for this project.
